




50g jumbo oats
100g milk, water, or milk alternative
3 tablespoons Two Nods Chunky Peanut Butter, or Almond Butter
Pinch of Flaked Sea Salt
Honey, maple, or your favourite sweetener
Your favourite seasonal fruits
Really easy, combine the liquid with the oats and salt, stir to combine. Leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with your chosen nut butter, sweetness, and the fruits. Adding seeds will also give a great crunch.
