All orders are processed on Wednesdays (cut off 9am Wednesday morning). Wednesday seemed like the best day, as we use DHL Next Day. Ideally then it should be with you Thursday, but gives the room for Friday in case of delays, so you can have it for the weekend! You'll receive a confirmation email when you place the order, and another when we have shipped it.
Sometimes there's postal delays that're out of our control. In the event we're given a heads up about these, we'll get in touch to let you know what it is and if there's a way we can remedy it.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer free shipping when 3 or more goods are purchased.
At the moment, we only offer a delivery service. Pick up is unavailable. If you had any reason to question this (such as being our neighbour) pop though an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can chat.
We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Should you be outside of this region, firstly thanks for visiting and reading our shipping policy, and secondly drop an email to email@example.com and we'll see if there's something we can do to help.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns can only be made if the product is still clearly sealed. We may ask you to take photos to confirm this, or alternatively we may hold the refund until we have received the product back and can confirm it is in the original state. If you would like to return your product, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number, name, and said photo, along with a reason for return.
We address each request on a case-by-case, and we'll work towards a solution that satisfies both parties. Please note, in the event of it not being our fault, we will kindly ask you to pay for shipping.
Refunds are not guaranteed, it depends on the nature of the return request.
Exchanges are only possible in the event of it being our error, unless you really want to pay shipping twice. In the event it is our fault (like sending you the wrong product), we'll likely ask you to keep it or pass it onto a friend, neighbour, or nice dog-walker in the park.
